REACH-Local reaches to the “Judea and Samaria.” It is our desire to develop a heart for the city of Seattle and the greater metropolitan area here in the Pacific Northwest. We want to reach out to the less fortunate and the disenfranchised. This involves social justice and mercy ministries.
